The Communications & Security Division at EPS is the premier solutions provider for consulting, product sales, installation, and maintenance of various communications and security systems for Federal, State, Local government as well as commercial clients in the Winchester and surrounding areas.  The Communications & Security Division is comprised of the most technically competent staff to ensure quality product, service, and customer relations.

EPS is a Class “A” Virginia Contractor with a focus on low-voltage solutions.  EPS also holds a VA Department of Criminal Justice License to sell, install, and maintain electronic security systems.  The Communications Division is a turn key provider of infrastructure cabling, security, and audio visual products.  From a small CCTV system to a large Wide Area Security Network that includes Dispatch and operations centers, EPS can design, sell and install all of your low-voltage products.
