• CBRNE Program Manager
  Executive Protection Systems, a leading turnkey provider of emergency preparedness solutions in Winchester, VA is seeking an experienced professional to be assigned as a program manager for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high yield explosive (CBRNE) emergency preparedness integration and development programs. The programs will be focused on Federal Government customers, but may include commercial efforts as well. The candidate will be required to lead efforts by diverse teams across multiple organizations, locations, and teaming partners, to achieve common goals. This leadership will include development and execution of program plans and reporting program progress to customers and EPS management. The candidate will be required to track program cost, schedule, and performance closely and be able to develop innovative solutions to program challenges. Communication and integration of efforts will be key to successful program implementation. The candidate also will be required to participate in business development efforts such as major program captures, proposal development, and oral presentations. The position will require travel.
