EPS Announces Enhanced Management Structure And Senior-Executive Appointments
Winchester, VA (January 18, 2005)—Executive Protection Systems (EPS), a leading turnkey provider of emergency preparedness solutions, equipment and training, announced today that it has taken steps to enhance its management structure to support its evolving business strategy and provide for the future growth of the company. All of these actions are effective immediately.
Mark A. Miller has been named Chairman and President, with responsibility for all Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) programs, training and emergency preparedness consulting. Miller previously served as CEO since 2001.
Michael D. Guevremont has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with responsibility for all government contracts, new business partnerships, and overall operations for EPS. Guevremont previously served as senior vice president since 2001. He will continue to have primary responsibility for excellence for all areas of the company.
Darla Frye-Guevremont has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO). She will have direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of EPS including the company’s retail locations, administration, sales and marketing groups. Frye-Guevremont previously served as vice president of sales and marketing since 2003.
