Leo Joins Executive Protection Systems. Leaving EPS to Absorb Tel-Link Adding Communications to its Line of Core Business Services
Winchester, VA (February 13, 2006)—Executive Protection Systems (EPS), a leading turnkey provider of emergency preparedness solutions, equipment and training, recently named Kerry Leo, as its Director of Business Communications and Continuity.
"Kerry joins EPS with over 13 years in the telecommunications field," said Michael Guevremont, CEO. "Our company was looking to expand our line of core business services to include various forms of communications. Kerry with his expertise and government continuity experience brought us the perfect combination in a unique package that fulfills our niche."
According to Guevremont, Leo spent six years at the White House Communications Agency traveling in support of the President, Vice President, First Lady, US Secret Service and White House Staff, installing and managing various communications systems used by the Office of the President.
“While with the White House Communications Agency, Kerry was one of six persons hand picked to establish and manage numerous secure and non-secure communications facilities in support of Continuity of Operations Programs (COOP) for the White House in the years after September 11, 2001,” added Guevremont.

Prior to joining EPS, Leo was the Co-Owner of Tel-Link, a local Winchester, Virginia business. As owner of Tel-Link, Leo was the lead designer of copper, optical fiber, and wireless infrastructures for commercial, state and federal clients.
Leo is certified in Structured Cabling design and installation, IP Security Camera systems, Nortel Telephone Systems, Fiber Optic installation and termination, and various commercial and government satellite communications systems.
