Amanda Unger Joins Executive Protection Systems (EPS)
Winchester, VA (June 14, 2007) — Executive Protection Systems (EPS), a leading turnkey provider of emergency preparedness solutions, equipment and training, has announced the addition of Amanda Unger to its Operations Division.
Amanda Unger recently joined EPS as its Senior Program Manager and brings over 14 years of program management, lifecycle support, training and logistics experience. Previously with Booz Allen Hamilton, Amanda was responsible for monitoring the transition for all 19,000 plus Defense Collaboration Tool Suite (DCTS) program users to the new Collaboration Services. She provided monthly metrics results to the Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) leadership, created ad hoc briefings and diagrams and maintained the DISA Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) inventory.
Amanda also spent three years at the White House Communications Agency where she supported and maintained mission critical systems around the clock for users who included the President, White House Staff, National Security Council (NSC), White House Military Office (WHMO), and the U.S. Secret Service. And with the United States Air Force, 86th Airlift Wing, Amanda was a member of the CT-43 Accident Investigation Board –reporting on the aircraft accident in Croatia, where she collected, analyzed and formatted file photo images for the 7,000 page finding report. At which time, she was hand picked to assist in the briefing of the President and Secretary of Defense on the Boards’ findings.
